Soil Treatment

Applied IBP-Kit as a first application for the Soil Treatment. It controls the fungal and bacterial issues(soil born disease) of the soil, as farmer informed that the field have the same issues. It also help to control the nematode in the field.

SIESTO TRIAL FIELD

NON-TRIAL FIELD

Image 2In the trial field there are no fungal/bacterial diseases identified in the filed, Crops seen healthier

Image 2

The Non trial field fungal/bacterial disease was seen in the leaves. It damages the whole plants which will affect the yield.

Image 2

In the trial field fruit set is good because plants are getting proper nutrition due to sufficient microbes in the soil.

Image 2

In the non-trial field due to lack of nutrition fruit set is poor and at the end it will result with low yield.

Image 2

In the trial field because of IBP wilted plants are not seen and at the end it will result with good yield.

Image 2

In the non trial field because of soil born diseases many plants got wilted.

Fertilizer Application

Applied POORNIMA CYCLE KIT in the crop to fulfill the deficiency of N, P, K and Zn. it helps to make crop healthy, resultant increase yield. It increases the organic carbon and helps to improve soil properties. It also help plants to uptake the nutrient from the soil in better way.

SIESTO TRIAL FIELD

NON-TRIAL FIELD

Image 2

In the trial field their was no chlorosis seen in the leaf and the tip is hard and dark green in colour.

Image 2

In the Non trial field because of Nitrogen deficiency chlorosis is seen in the plant leaves.

Image 2

In the trial field Plant density is good, a person cannot even walk in between the rows.

Image 2

In the non-trial field Plant density is very poor due to nutrition deficiency and fungal/ bacterial disease attack.

Image 2

In the trial field their was no chlorosis seen in the leaf margins of the Plants, which means that the plants are getting the Potash as per its requirement.

Image 2

In the Non trial field chlorosis was seen at the margin of the leaves because of Potash deficiency.

Final Conclusion

FINAL CONCLUSION OF THE FIELD APPLICATION

ISSUE

FINAL CONCLUSION

Soil Born Disease

Damping-off and fungal attacks was observed in the farmer’s pea
field, following the application of IBP Kit, farmers observed a halt in both damping-off and
fungal attacks, with no further plant death.

Nutrient Deficiency

Upon inspection of the pea plants, we identified signs of
nutritional imbalance. While prior fertilizer applications were unsuccessful, we determined the
soil lacked adequate microbial activity to unlock existing nutrients. Following the application
of the Poornima Kit, which promotes a healthy microbial population, the plants exhibited a
noticeable improvement within days.

Plant Growth

Initially, pea plants suffered from poor growth, evident in their
thin stems, minimal branching, and sparse flowers. This translated to significantly lower
yields. However, after applying the Poornima Kit, the plants thrived, exhibiting thicker stems,
abundant branching, and a profusion of flowers, ultimately leading to a substantial increase in
yield.

Pest Attack

Fearing a potential pest surge during the new moon (Amavasya), the
farmer proactively applied the Amavasya Kit. This preventative strategy proved successful, as
the population of small caterpillars observed earlier in the plants remained under control,
resulting in minimal pest damage.

Fruit Properties Enhancement

Treated with the Amavasya Kit, Poornima Kit, and IBP Kit, the pea
plants yielded exceptional produce. The peas themselves boasted a glossy sheen, remarkable
sweetness, and a delightful taste, all while remaining untouched by pests.

Harvesting Rate

Our pea field treated with SIESTO GREEN’s products boasted a 10%
higher yield at harvest compared to untreated fields. But the benefits went beyond just
quantity. These pea plants continued to produce, allowing for two additional harvests even after
harvesting in other fields had ceased.
