PACLIQ
PAECILOMYCES LILACINUS
PACLIQ-Caps are encapsulated capsules containing the entomopathogenic fungus Paecilomyces lilacinus. When the spores of Paecilomyces lilacinus come into contact with different stages of nematodes, they germinate, grow, and proliferate throughout the nematode, eventually paralyzing it and leading to its death.

BENEFITS OF PACLIQ
Paecilomyces lilacinus, a naturally occurring fungus used as a nematicide, is applied to soil to control nematodes that attack plant roots. Paecilomyces lilacinus acts against plant root nematodes by infecting eggs, juveniles, and adult females. As a biocontrol agent, Paecilomyces lilacinus also helps in controlling numerous pests and phytopathogenic fungi. Notably, Paecilomyces lilacinus does not produce toxins harmful to other organisms.
WHEN TO BE USED
PACLIQ (Paecilomyces lilacinus) should be used at the time of soil preparation, within 3 days before and after the New Moon (Amavasya) every month, and 3 to 4 times at 4–5-day intervals as per the requirement or nematode infestation.
RECOMMENDATION
PACLIQ (PAECILOMYCES LILACINUS) controls all types of plant root nematodes, including root knot nematodes and cyst nematodes.
